На 12.02.2015 г. медицински хеликоптер на "Хели Ер-САУ" АД е включен в акция на Планинската спасителна служба за спасяване на английски турист, попаднал в труднодостъпен участък на местността „Демянишка долина” над гр. Банско. На 26.01.2015 хеликоптер на Авиокомпания Хели Ер, изпълняващ хуманитарна мисия от Южен Судан за Судан, е принуден да кацне на територия, контролирана от антиправителствени формирования. Авиокомпанията повече от 10 години работи по договор със Световната програма по прехрана на ООН (UNWFP)На борда има 6-ма български граждани, служители на компанията (екипаж и инженерно -технически състав). Полетът е изпълняван след получаване на всички необходими разрешения. A new helipad was built

On 07/03/2014 a new helipad was built on the territory of Burgas hospital to service the sanitary aviation in Bulgaria. The presence of such facility will allow immediate response in timely manner for emergencies that require rapid transportation of severely injured patients to the National Center for Emergency Medicine.Thus, in an emergency the helicopter can transport ill or specialized medical team from Burgas to Sofia for 90 min.The air transport and duty with the specialized medical helicopter Agusta A109K2 is awarded to Heli Air Services....

On 16/02/2014, the specialized medical helicopter Agusta A109K2 of Heli Air Services performed a medical flight to transport a severely injured victim of a car crash near Lom.
